Frequently asked questions

Can one-size and sized accessories share a line sheet?

Yes. A style without a size run shows one quantity, and a sized style shows its sizes, so scarves, belts and hats can sit in one collection, one line sheet and one order.

Can I sell accessories in packs of six or twelve?

Yes. Set a case pack or order multiple on each style, and your portal, shared lookbooks and the order writer all check it, with a one-tap round-up when a buyer's quantity falls short.

How do I offer the same style in leather and suede?

Add each material as a colourway with its own photos, such as Tan leather and Sand suede. If the two have different wholesale prices, set them up as separate styles so each carries its own price.

What does ModaFlow not do for accessories brands?

It does not set minimums by product category or treat material as an option separate from colour, so leather and suede versions are colourways or separate styles. Your catalog, line sheets, lookbooks, buyer portal and orders all live in ModaFlow.
