Sell jewelry wholesale to the stockists you choose

ModaFlow.ai is wholesale software for jewelry brands: metal finishes, ring sizes and chain lengths in one catalog, a jewelry line sheet built from it, and a buyer portal where you approve every stockist and confirm every order.

How selling jewelry wholesale works

Jewelry buyers think in finishes and sizes. One ring comes in 14k gold vermeil and sterling silver and in sizes 5 to 9, and one chain in 16, 18 and 20 inches. A boutique opens with a curated edit and reorders the pieces that sell.

Because pieces are small and valuable, brands are careful about who stocks them. Many review each new account, set an opening order value rather than unit minimums, and confirm each order before it ships. Fine jewelry adds memo and consignment, where stock sits in the store before it is paid for.

What ModaFlow.ai does for jewelry brands

  • Finishes as colourways

Set up finishes that share a price, such as gold vermeil and sterling silver, as colourways with their own photo and SKU; a finish at another price is its own piece.

  • Ring sizes and lengths

Give rings a size run such as 5 to 9 with half sizes, and chains a run of lengths; one-size pieces get a single quantity field.

  • Stockists you approve

Let stores apply to stock you from your portal and approve each one, or invite the stores you already work with.

  • Opening order value

Set an order minimum in value for the brand or a collection, so a first order meets your opening threshold.

  • Jewelry fields for descriptions

Record metal, stone, karat and chain length on each piece, and AI drafts the description from the metal, stone and photos.

  • You confirm every order

Orders arrive as submitted, and nothing is invoiced until you confirm it, with payment terms such as net 30 or prepaid.

Jewelry line sheet example

A jewelry line sheet shows each piece in every finish, with sizes or lengths, the wholesale price and the MSRP side by side. Put the opening order value at the top so a new stockist knows the threshold. See other categories in our line sheet examples and how line sheet software turns the sheet into orders.

Frequently asked questions

How do I set up gold and silver versions of the same piece?

When they share a price, add each finish as a colourway of the piece with its own photo, swatch and SKU, so a buyer picks finish and size in one order grid; a finish at a different price, such as solid gold, is set up as its own piece.

Can I approve stores before they see my prices?

Partly. Ordering needs an approved buyer account, and new stores apply through your portal for you to approve or decline, but collections visible in your portal show prices to visitors, so share a pre-launch edit through a password-protected or buyer-only lookbook instead.

Can I set an opening order minimum?

Yes. Set a minimum order value or a minimum number of units for the brand, a collection or a lookbook, and ModaFlow applies the strictest one when the order is submitted.

Does ModaFlow support memo or consignment?

No. ModaFlow handles wholesale orders that are invoiced and paid, with terms such as net 30; memo and consignment stock, serial numbers and deposits are not tracked today.
