How do boutique buyers place a wholesale order in ModaFlow?

You invite a buyer to your brand's portal or send a lookbook link. The buyer browses styles, picks sizes and colorways, adds them to a cart, and submits the order, which lands in your order list. You confirm it, then invoice or send a payment link.

Does ModaFlow take a cut of my wholesale orders?

No commission. When a buyer pays through ModaFlow via Stripe, a 0.5% fee applies on every plan, capped at $50 per order, plus Stripe's processing fees. Payments collected outside ModaFlow carry no ModaFlow fee.

Frequently asked questions

Can I offer different payment terms to different buyers?

Yes. You set payment terms on each order — due on receipt, prepaid, cash on delivery, or Net 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 — and ModaFlow tracks when payment is due.

Does it integrate with my shipping provider?

Yes. You can compare carrier rates and buy shipping labels from inside an order, and the tracking number is saved to the order. On Maison and House you can also send order events to your fulfillment system by webhook.
