How do AI credits work?

Each AI action uses a fixed number of credits. Your plan includes 2,000 (Atelier), 6,000 (Maison), 20,000 (House) credits a month, and the allowance resets every billing cycle. Collections, line sheets, the buyer portal, and orders never use credits.

Extra credits cost $0.04 (Atelier), $0.03 (Maison), $0.02 (House) each. Billing shows this month's usage by feature, and you can set a monthly spending cap or stop at your allowance.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout and aren't charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Paid plans also come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What are AI credits?

AI credits meter ModaFlow's AI features. A product description uses 3 credits, a collection brief 2, a trend query 1, and a lookbook AI chat turn 8. Atelier includes 2,000 credits a month, Maison 6,000, and House 20,000. Core wholesale features such as collections, line sheets, the buyer portal, and orders do not use credits.

What happens if I use more AI credits than my plan includes?

Additional credits cost $0.04 each on Atelier, $0.03 on Maison, and $0.02 on House. Allowances reset every billing cycle. Billing shows this month's usage by feature, and an owner or admin can set a monthly spending cap or stop AI tools at the allowance; you get a warning at 80% and 100%. During the free trial, AI tools stop at the plan's allowance.

Does ModaFlow take a cut of my wholesale orders?

No. ModaFlow is not a marketplace and takes no commission on orders. When a buyer pays through ModaFlow (card checkout, payment link, or Stripe invoice to your connected Stripe account), a 0.5% fee, capped at $50 per order, applies on every plan, in addition to Stripe's processing fees. Payments you collect outside ModaFlow carry no ModaFlow fee.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing portal in your ModaFlow settings, which is hosted by Stripe.

How does ModaFlow pricing compare to JOOR, NuORDER, and Faire?

ModaFlow publishes its prices ($99–$599/month), with no setup fee, no annual contract, and no per-seat licences. JOOR and NuORDER sell through sales-led, quote-based contracts.
