How selling watches wholesale works
Watch brands sell references, not styles. Each reference has a case size, a movement and a few dial and strap combinations, and a stockist orders two or three pieces of the variants that suit its customers.
Distribution is selective. Brands choose authorised stockists, publish a suggested retail price and expect stores to keep to it, and record the serial number of each watch for warranty and service. Orders are small in units and large in value, so every one is checked before it ships.

Can I control which stores sell my watches?
You decide who can order: new stores apply through your portal and you approve or decline them, and a new reference can go to chosen stockists only through a password-protected or buyer-only lookbook.
Does ModaFlow show the suggested retail price?
Yes. Each reference carries an MSRP that buyers see next to the wholesale price on line sheets, in lookbooks and in your portal.
Can ModaFlow record serial numbers?
No. ModaFlow tracks stock by SKU, not by individual watch, so record serial numbers in your warehouse or warranty system when you ship.
What else doesn't ModaFlow do for watch brands?
It does not enforce minimum advertised prices or assign exclusive territories; it shows your MSRP, limits ordering to approved buyers and lets you confirm every order.
