How selling swimwear wholesale works
Swimwear sells early. Resort and cruise collections ship to boutiques and resort shops from November, and the main summer order ships from January to March, so buyers commit months before the season.
Most swim is bought as separates. A store orders a bikini top in S to L or in cup sizes and the matching bottom in XS to XL, and often buys more bottoms than tops because customers size them differently. One-pieces and cover-ups sit alongside them.
The work is presenting each look as a set while taking orders piece by piece, and reordering core black and navy mid-season without a new line sheet. Brands that also cut bras in band and cup sizes can see the lingerie page.

Can buyers order a top and bottom in different sizes?
Yes. The top and the bottom are separate styles, so a buyer orders each in its own sizes and quantities, and ModaFlow checks each style's prepack and minimum before the order is accepted.
Can I sell a one-piece in cup sizes?
Yes. Set the style's size run to the cup sizes you make, such as 32B to 36D, and each size becomes its own SKU for ordering and stock.
Can a store order resort and summer at the same time?
Yes, as two orders. Each order carries one ship window and cancel date, so the store places a resort order for November and a summer order for February.
What does ModaFlow not do for swimwear brands?
It does not link a top to its bottom or price a set as one item, so a bikini sold only as a set is set up as its own style. Your catalog, line sheets, lookbooks, buyer portal and orders all live in ModaFlow.
