Can I keep prices away from stores I have not approved?
Share the collection through a password-protected or buyer-only lookbook rather than your portal. Collections visible in your portal show prices to anyone who opens them, while ordering always needs an approved buyer account.
Can I see which stockists looked at a collection?
Yes. ModaFlow shows which signed-in buyers opened a shared lookbook and which styles they clicked, so you can follow up before the appointment. Guests appear as numbered visitors.
Can I write orders during showroom appointments?
Yes. The order writer runs in the browser on an iPad or phone, supports keyboard barcode scanners and checks your minimums and packs as you write, then saves each order as a draft for you to confirm.
What does ModaFlow not do for luxury brands?
It does not keep saved prices per stockist, protect exclusive territories, or hide portal prices from visitors, so a stockist's special price is a discount you apply to the order before you confirm it. Your catalog, private lookbooks, buyer portal and orders all live in ModaFlow.
