How selling footwear wholesale works
Footwear sells wholesale to shoe stores, department stores and fashion boutiques, usually a season ahead. A buyer picks a few styles and colours, then orders each one across a size curve: more pairs in the middle sizes and fewer at the ends.
Size runs are long. A women's boot can run from 5 to 11 in half sizes, and some styles add a wide fit. Many brands ship by the case, such as 12 pairs on a set curve, and stores reorder core styles and colours in season.

Can buyers order a case and single pairs of the same style?
Yes. A buyer adds a size-curve case in one tap and changes single sizes in the order grid, and ModaFlow checks the style's case pack, order multiple and minimum before the order is accepted.
How do I set up widths?
Add each width to the size run as its own size label, such as 8 and 8 W, so each becomes its own SKU for ordering and stock. If a wide fit has a different price, set it up as its own style.
Can stores reorder core styles in season?
Yes. A store reorders from a past order in your portal at current prices, and with stock limits on, ModaFlow checks available stock per size before it accepts the order.
What does ModaFlow not do for footwear brands?
It does not translate sizes between US, UK and EU systems or track factory production, and a style has one row of sizes, so widths are size labels rather than a second grid. Your catalog, line sheets, lookbooks, buyer portal and orders all live in ModaFlow.
