What is the difference between a line sheet, a lookbook, and a virtual showroom?

A line sheet is the order-taking document: styles, colorways, sizes, and wholesale prices. A lookbook presents the collection visually, with editorial imagery and styling. A virtual showroom is an always-open place where buyers browse and order online. In ModaFlow the line sheet and lookbook are built from the same catalog, and the buyer portal acts as the showroom.

Can I export PDFs and connect Shopify and Stripe?

Yes. Lookbooks and line sheets export to PDF, and invoices download as PDFs. Connect a Shopify store to import your product catalog; ModaFlow checks it for changes every hour. Buyer payments run through your own Stripe Connect account.

Does ModaFlow take a cut of my wholesale orders?

No commission. When a buyer pays through ModaFlow via Stripe, a 0.5% fee applies on every plan, capped at $50 per order, plus Stripe's processing fees. Payments collected outside ModaFlow carry no ModaFlow fee.
