Sell womenswear wholesale, from line sheet to confirmed order

ModaFlow.ai is wholesale software for womenswear brands: line sheets and shoppable lookbooks built from your catalog, a buyer portal for your stores, and orders that respect your size runs, prepacks and minimums.

How selling womenswear wholesale works

Women's ready-to-wear sells to stores season by season. A contemporary label shows Resort or Pre-Fall at market, sends a line sheet after each appointment, and collects orders for one or two ship windows before the cancel date.

Buyers order in size runs, not single pieces. A boutique might take a dress in a 1-2-2-1 run across XS to L, while a department store sends its own purchase order with a different spread. Your minimums, prepacks and case packs have to hold whichever way the order arrives.

The work that slows a womenswear team down is the paperwork between those steps: re-keying emailed orders, checking that every size adds up to a pack, and chasing which stores still have not ordered.

What ModaFlow.ai does for womenswear brands

  • Size runs your way

Set up XS to XL, 0 to 14, 36 to 46 or any run you use, and every style shows its own sizes in the order grid.

  • Prepacks and case packs

Offer a 1-2-2-1 prepack or a case of six, and set a minimum per style. ModaFlow checks them on every order before it is accepted.

  • Line sheets from your catalog

Export a line sheet PDF for a collection with photos, colourways, sizes, wholesale price, MSRP and minimums, with no layout work.

  • Shoppable lookbooks

Send a lookbook link after the appointment and let buyers order straight from it on their phone, with your prices and packs applied.

  • Ship windows and cancel dates

Every order carries a ship window and a cancel date, so your production plan and the buyer's open-to-buy agree.

  • Purchase orders read by AI

Upload or forward a store's PO as a PDF, scan or spreadsheet, and ModaFlow drafts the order, flagging unknown styles and missing sizes.

Womenswear line sheet example

A womenswear line sheet lists each style once, with every colourway and its size run, so a buyer can plan a full assortment from one page. Keep the season and ship window at the top of the sheet. See more line sheet examples by category, or build one in the free line sheet maker.

Frequently asked questions

Can buyers order a prepack and single sizes on the same style?

Yes. A buyer can add a prepack in one tap and change single sizes in the order grid, and ModaFlow checks the style's minimum, case pack and order multiple across all its sizes and colourways before the order is accepted.

Does ModaFlow work with department store purchase orders?

Yes. Upload or forward the store's PO and the AI reads it into a draft order at that buyer's prices, flagging styles, sizes or prices that do not match your catalog so you can fix them before you confirm.

Can I sell several seasons at once?

Yes. Each season is its own collection with its own line sheet, lookbook and order minimum, and buyers can order from any collection in your portal or any lookbook you send them.

What does ModaFlow not do for womenswear brands?

It does not run production or connect to an ERP today, and a store order has one ship window and cancel date, so a buyer who wants two deliveries places two orders. Your catalog, line sheets, lookbooks, buyer portal and orders all live in ModaFlow.
